Hi, I’m Jemma – dog owner, animal lover, and someone who knows just how hard it can be to keep an energetic dog engaged, calm and content.

Like a lot of dog owners, I had a basket full of toys that promised to keep my
dog busy, but most were ignored or just didn’t last. And when my dog wasn't properly engaged, it showed – restlessness, chewing, constant attention-seeking. It was exhausting, and I couldn't help but feel a bit guilty too.

So I started looking into how dogs actually play, think and self-soothe, and
realised most toys just aren’t designed with that in mind. That’s what led me to create AdorePup.
